Services and Policies The living room and parlor, located on the ground floor of Beaver Hall, are available to all guests. You will also have access to the garden. Guests will have access to the library for a variety of books, magazines and boardgames. Tea and coffee are complimentary and available in the parlor.The verandah has a nice view of the garden and is perfect for reading, relaxing or just to enjoy. Take your time reading a book in the ambience of our beautiful Victorian parlor, tastefully decorated and furnished with period antiques to enhance your stay at Beaver Hall.    VISA, MasterCard and Interac are accepted. Check-in is from 3:00 pm till 6:30 pm. Check-out is requested by 10:30 am. Special arrangements can be made if arrival time will be after 6:30 pm. Beaver Hall is a smoke-free environment and open during seasonal months. Although we love pets, unfortunately they are not permitted as our doggie Xena is on the premisses. Prices listed are in Canadian dollars plus 5% PST and 5% GST. All reservations are secured with credit card number only. A two night minimum stay on weekends may be requested in seasonal months June, July and August. English and Dutch spoken. Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation or a change to the reservation: We require a minimum of 72 hours notice before check-in time. (3:00 pm ). Within the 72 hrs cancellation notice you will be charged for one night accommodation. Room rates are based on two guests per room. Each additional guest in the room is $ 25.00 extra (this excludes the "Peninsula room", which is a single-guestroom accommodation). Our Guests will receive:  FOBBA Member
